We know you're excited to get your LadyB pieces, so here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Australia

Processing Your Order

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–5 business days using Australia Post.

During busy periods, launches or promotional events, processing may take a little longer than usual. We really appreciate your patience while we get your order ready.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped:

Standard: approximately 3–7 business days
Express: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the carrier. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Enjoy free Standard or Express shipping on orders over $200.

What Happens If My Order Is Lost or Damaged?

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delayed, lost or damaged, please get in touch with us.

We'll contact the carrier and investigate what has happened. Depending on the outcome, we'll work with you on the appropriate replacement or refund.

What If Something I Ordered Is Out of Stock?

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable before we're able to fulfil your order.

If this happens, we'll contact you within 3 business days to let you know and arrange a refund or help you choose another piece you'll love.

New Zealand

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand.

Delivery can take up to 15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your LadyB order.

Customs processing can also affect delivery times, and unfortunately this is something we can't control.
